Do I need a skin test before a colour?

Yes, you need a skin test 2-5 days before your appointment unless you have had the same colour within three months. No appointment is needed for this, just pop into the salon at any time.

What shampoos would you advise using?

We have Kitoko shampoo available to purchase in our salon which is sulphate free, are pH balanced and free from plastics, which will extend the life of your colour. A product high in pH can cause the cuticles to reopen.

What Beauty Treatments do I need a Patch test for?

Yes, you will need a patch test for:

Lash lift and tint.
Any form of tinting.
Henna brows.
Micro-blading (consultation also needed).

I want to book a specialist skincare appointment, what should I do?

I’m losing my hair due to medical treatments, What do you recommend?

Come in and see us, we offer free cuts for all cancer patients.

If I’m on medication or have an illness, can I still book?

Yes but you will need a consultation first for holistic or aesthetic treatments.
